Emails that come from your business

Connect a domain you own once. After that every email carries your address, your logo and your colours, so customers know who wrote to them.

Your domain
Add the DNS records we give you at your domain host. Ponitor checks them and marks the domain verified.
Your addresses
Add addresses on the domain, like billing@ and hello@, each with the name inboxes show.
Your brand
Your logo, colours and footer, set once and used by every email.

Write it once, send it again

A template is an email you send again and again. Start from Welcome, Verification Code or Receipt, or write your own.

  • Build it from blocks, or paste your own HTML.
  • Put {{first_name}} or {{code}} where each person's details go.
  • Send yourself a test before anyone else sees it.
  • From the app, send to up to 5 people at once. For more, use the API.

See what happened to every email

History shows every email you send, from the app or the API, and where it stands.

Delivered
The person's mail server took it.
Bounced
The address doesn't exist or wouldn't take it. You see why. A bounced email isn't refunded.
Marked as spam
The person reported it, so stop sending to that address.
Failed
It couldn't be sent, so its cost comes back to your account.

Get started with our Email API

One request sends one email from a template, with your own reference so it never goes out twice. Try it in Test mode first: no email reaches an inbox.
