What counts as one email?

One email to one address. Sending a template to three people is three emails, and a Send Test counts too.

What if an email fails?

An email that couldn't be sent is refunded to your account. One that bounced isn't, because it was sent.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes. Emails come from an address on a domain you own, and you add a few DNS records at your domain host.

When does sending pause?

Mail servers judge a domain by how much of its email bounces or is marked as spam, and your Email page shows both rates. If 3% of your emails bounce in 30 days, or 0.06% are marked as spam, sending pauses until you've cleaned your list and we resume it.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Test mode uses a test balance, and no email reaches a real inbox.

Which currencies can I pay in?

US dollars only. Every price on this page is USD.

Is there a minimum?

No monthly minimum and no contract. Add Funds with as little as you like and send when you need to.

How do I pay?

From one prepaid balance that SMS, WhatsApp, USSD, Airtime and Email all share. Ask for an invoice in the app and pay it by cash, cheque or bank transfer, and the money is added once the payment is confirmed. Set a low-balance alert, and we text or email you when your balance drops below it.
